摘要
随着节能降耗要求的提高,直线压缩机因其具有传统压缩机无可比拟的优点而成为目前国内外研究的热点。该文对直线压缩机驱动用动圈式、动磁式和动铁式直线电机进行结构和原理介绍以及特点分析,归纳和总结了国内外在直线电机的结构改进、动力学分析、电机设计、电机控制等方面的研究和应用的现状及发展趋势,并对其中的关键技术进行了分析和总结。最后讨论了未来压缩机驱动用直线电机的关键技术发展的主要方向。所作研究为涉及该领域的科研工作者提供了参考。
With the increasing demand of high efficiency and low coss, linear compressors that have great advantages over the conventional compressors become a research focus currently. First, various linear motors in reciprocating compressors are classified. Then, the principle, the structure, the characteristics, and the relative merits of the moving-coil, moving-magnet, and moving-iron motors are investigated in detail. The research status and developing trends of the motor structure, dynamic analysis, motor design, and motor control is summarized. Especially, the key technologies of the motor optimal design and control such as sensorless control are investigated and summarized. Finally, the developing trends of the linear motor technologies are discussed. The research work provides a reference for the researchers in the field.
