摘要 针对温度控制系统时变性、非线性、滞后性等特点,设计了一种智能模糊PID(Intelligent Fuzzy PID,IF-PID)控制算法。系统误差较大时采用模糊控制(Fuzzy);误差较小时通过阈值函数切换到微分独立模糊PID(FuzzyPID,F-PID)控制。利用Matlab的Simulink工具箱建立模型,并做了PID控制、Fuzzy控制以及IF-PID控制仿真对比实验。仿真结果表明,IF-PID在超调量、调节时间等性能指标上都明显优于其他控制算法,具有良好的自适应性和鲁棒性,特别适合时变滞后非线性系统的控制,是一种理想的控制算法。 An intelligent fuzzy PID (IF-PID) control algorithm was proposed aiming at the characteristics of time-varying, nonlinearity and lag of temperature control system. The fuzzy control was used when the error was large and the fuzzy PID control with independent differentiation was used when the error was small by threshold-switch method. Then the simulation models were created in Simulink of Matlab for simulation comparison of PID control, fuzzy control and IF-PID control. Simulation results show IF-PID is better than the others in overshoot, settling time obviously and it has good adaptability and robustness. Thus it is very suitable for the control of nonlinear system with time-varying delay, which is an ideal control algorithm.
