聚光光伏量测方法国家标准的研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着砷化镓多结电池外延技术日趋成熟和聚光光伏系统应用规模化,相应的量测水平应尽快提高,量测标准也应逐步制定。主要针对聚光光伏产业国内外标准制定现状和建立聚光光伏量测标准必要性展开阐述,分别从标准条件、测试光谱、量测设备和标准电池等方面分析了建立聚光光伏量测标准所面临的困难和挑战,并从户外测试电池温度、组件功率与可接收角关系以及发电量标定方面对制定国家标准提出了建议。 As the multi-junction GaAs cells and CPV (concentrated photovoltaic) industry matures, it is necessary to improve measuring methods and set up standards to assess cell or module power for CPV industry. It is presented in this paper that the methods and equipments must be flexible enough to accommodate both the wide variety of CPV architectures and the challenges of indoor and outdoor testing. Additionally, some suggestions were proposed including cell temperature measurement, generated energy rating, and acceptance angle measurement.
