丙酮酸钠潜在的临床应用价值 被引量:5

摘要 丙酮酸是生物体系中重要的有机小分子,在三大物质代谢中起重要的枢纽作用。丙酮酸钠是最常见的丙酮酸盐,别名焦葡萄酸钠、丙酮酸钠盐,分子式为C3H3NaO3,是一类内源性小分子化合物,其应用领域主要包括用作医药原料及食品添加剂;测定乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的底物及肝功能试验中丙氨酸转氨酶活性;用作健身和减肥膳食的补充剂等。同时,丙酮酸钠在临床上的作用日益突显。有研究显示,丙酮酸钠在急性胰腺炎、失血性休克等急危重症的救治中具有广阔应用前景。与传统输液产品相比,丙酮酸钠溶液有其独特的优势:它不仅“治标”,
