Application of Deanxit Combined with Fluoxetine in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

目的:探讨抗抑郁药治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的疗效和安全性。方法:将72例病程>1年功能性消化不良患者随机分为两组,治疗组(42例),应用程序相结合的治疗加抗抑郁药治疗的基础上,对照组;30箱子对照组,应用于常规治疗抗酸剂和(或)促动力药,治疗时间为4周。结果:经过4周的治疗后,两组的显着效率分别为69%(29例),47%(14例)患者在对照组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规药物治疗结合抗抑郁药物的有效治疗FD,且不良反应少而轻。

Objective： To study the antidepressant drug treatment of functional dyspepsia （FD） safety and efficacy.
