目的:探讨在临床输血过程中所存在的安全隐患,通过对现存护理管理机制进行分析总结后减少输血安全隐患的发生。方法:对临床输血实行严格的管理制度,从对需输血患者的输血知识宣教开始,到临床用血的采集、保存、运输及输血过程中应该注意的要点都要严格执行,对于可能存在的薄弱环节一定要加强防范,尽量降低输血安全隐患的发生率。结果:通过对输血安全隐患分析,加强整个输血过程中的护理管理,可有效降低隐患发生率。结论:对输血安全隐患的重视及采取积极有效的护理对策可以显著降低临床输血安全隐患的发生,保护病人安全,减少医患纠纷,促进医患之间关系的和谐。

Objective:To explore the hidden dangers existing in the clinical blood transfusion process,through analyzed after reducing blood transfusion safety in nursing management system.Methods:strict management system for clinical blood transfusion,blood transfusion patients from the beginning of the blood transfusion knowledge education,points of acquisition,storage,transport and blood to the blood for clinical use must be strictly implemented in,for the weak links exist to strengthen prevention,as far as possible to reduce the incidence of transfusion safety.Results:through the analysis of the hidden danger to the safety of blood transfusion,strengthen the nursing management of whole blood transfusion process,can effectively reduce the incidence of hidden trouble.Conclusions:the blood transfusion safety attention and take positive and effective nursing measures can significantly reduce the clinical blood transfusion safety hidden danger,protect patient safety,reduce medical disputes,and promote the harmonious relations between doctors and patients.
