摘要 为了研究煤在低温氧化过程中生成的CO对CH4爆炸产生的影响,首先在理论上分析了CO/CH4/O2/N2混合气体的爆炸下限,依据设定方案开展了充分预混情况下低浓度CO在封闭空间内对CH4爆炸影响的数值模拟。结果表明:相同条件下,CO浓度的增加降低了甲烷爆炸的可能性;而CO比例的增大提高了爆炸威力;对CO、NO2的生成影响最大的3个基元反应均为Rxn#155、Rxn#156和Rxn#158。 To discover the effect of CO which is produced by coal during the process of low -temperature oxidation on CH4 explosion, the lower explosion limit of CO/CH4/O2/N2 mixed gas is analyzed, and based on preset scheme, the effect of low CO concentration on CH4 explosion is researched by numerical simulation under perfectly pre - mixed conditions in closed space. The results indicate that the increase of CO concentration reduces the possibility of methane explosion under the same condition; the raise of CO proportion strengthens explosive effect. Three most influential elementary reactions on the production of CO and NO2 are Rxn^#155, Rxn^#156 and Rxn^#158.
