摘要
为掌握柳塔煤矿1-2煤层的自然发火规律,实验研究了1-2煤层煤自燃特性基础参数及指标性气体,得出CO可作为1-2煤层煤自燃早期预测预报的指标性气体。现场对12201综采工作面采空区进行煤自燃"三带"测试,分析O2和CO 2种主要气体浓度随时间和推进度变化规律,得到以O2临界浓度为标准划分的1-2煤层煤自燃氧化带范围为从工作面向采空区深部48~150 m。
In order to master the spontaneous combustion laws of 1^-2 coal seam in Liuta Coal Mine. The basic parameters of coal spontaneous combustion characteristics and index gases of 1^-2 coal seam was studied experimentally. CO can be used as the index gas of 1^-2 coal seam for early prediction of spontaneous combustion. The measurement of spontaneous combustion" three zones" of goaf for 12201 fully mechanized coal face was applied. The variation laws of concentration of CO and O2 were mainly analyzed with respect to time and face advancing. The range of the oxidizing band of coal spontaneous comustion of 1^-2 coal seam is 48 ~ 150 m from working face to deep of goaf based on the standard of critical concentration of O2.
