邹坞煤矿煤柱回采对下层巷道稳定性影响的数值模拟

摘要 采用有限差分软件FLAC3D,对邹坞煤矿16#层煤柱回采进行数值模拟研究,回采同时监测17#层煤巷道的变形情况,以此评价16#层煤柱回采的可行性。模拟结果表明:煤柱回采后17#层巷道周围的塑性区比回采前的塑性区增大;煤柱回采使得17#层巷道最大变形在原来基础上增加8%~16%,其中17#层二水平主下山变形最大,17#层二水平副下山变形最小。煤柱回采对下层巷道的影响不大,说明16#层的煤柱回采是可行的。 By using the finite difference software FLAC3D, the pillar mining in the 16th coal seam of Zouwu Mine is simulated. Through monitoring the deformation of 17th coal seam roadway during mining, the feasibility of 16th coal seam pillar mining is evaluated. Simulation results show that the plastic zone area of 17th coal seam increases after pillar mining; pillar mining makes the deformation of 17th coal seam roadway increases 8%~16% , and the deformation of 2nd level main downhill in 17th coal seam is much more than the other roadways, and the deformation of 2nd level vice downhill in 17th coal seam is minimum. Pillar mining has little effect on the lower roadways. It shows that the pillar mining of 16th coal seam is feasible.
