摘要 从铁路通信系统的高安全性和高可靠性、预留设计、无线通信技术的改进、信息化技术的发展等特点入手,通过典型车站及区间基站能耗例证,以及现行的节能减排措施应用效果,客观详细地分析了该行业能源消耗现状,从中找出关键点,通过提高电源设备电能转换工作效率、蓄电池的新技术应用、机房空调的节能、建立节能管理制度4个方面,可实现铁路通信系统节能减排。 Considering the characteristics of railway communication system such as high safety performance and high reliability, design reserving, wireless communication technology improvement, information technology development and so on, the paper illustrated the actual examples of energy consumption at both the typical stations and section base-stations, as well as demonstrated the application effects of current energy-saving measures. Then the paper objectively analyzed the current situation of energy consumption of this industry, finding out the key points. Finally, the paper put forward four energy-saving measures as below: improving the power conversion efficiency of power source device, promoting the application of new technology of storage battery, enhancing the energy saving of air conditioner in machine room, and establishing the energy management system. The purpose of these four measures above was to achieve energy saving and emission reduction in railway communication system.
