摘要
国内旅客列车车上注水系统上水量小,满足不了提速后客车快速足量补水的作业要求,改造车站地面上水设施以提高客车上水能力的成效低,还造成系统能耗高,投资大等问题。通过研究提高客车上水系统上水能力的途径,分析客车上水能力与系统能耗的函数关系,并用该函数关系,结合函数曲线图分析旅客列车注水系统优化前后的上水量及能耗等技术指标,从而论证了系统节能优化设计的合理性。
At present the water amount of water supply system on a domestic passenger train is too small to meet the need for rapid and sufficient water supply to the passenger train which has been sped up. However, if the water supply facilities at the station surface were put into renovation for improving the water supply ability, the renovation effectiveness would be not only unsatisfactory but also with large energy consumption and high cost. For this reason, this paper researched the ways of improving water supply ability of passenger train water supply system, analyzed the functional relationship between passenger train water supply ability and energy consumption. And then by combining this functional relationship with functional curve graph, the paper analyzed the technical indexes respectively before and after the optimization of passenger train water supply system, such as the water amount, energy consumption etc, therefore the rationality of system energy-saving optimization design was illustrated.
