摘要 通过多年对中国国家队比赛的监控及在对足球比赛跑动、比赛心率、技战术负荷等项目研究的基础上,对比赛负荷的构成及量度进行理论层面的剖析。结果表明:足球比赛负荷平台的强度是心率157~175次/min,足球比赛负荷视为以70%~90%的强度完成高强度有氧运动持续34.6s,间歇21.6s,持续2个45min,组间休息15min,总运动时间48~65min的间歇性有氧运动。运动员在快速运动形态负荷量为4.32~5.85min,负荷强度为心率在175次/min以上;中速运动形态形成的负荷量为4.32~5.85min,负荷强度为心率范围175次/min>心率≥165次/min;大部分比赛时间内运动员保持慢速运动形态,负荷量为39.36~53.3min,负荷的强度为157~175次/min。 On the basis of long-term tracking study of the competition running, competition heart rate, and technical and tactical load of Chinese national football team, this paper has a theoretical analysis on the form and measurement of the competition load. The results show that the heart rate of the load platform of the entire football match is 157-175 times / rain, the basic mode of football competition load is the high-intensity aerobic exercise with 70%--90% maximal intensity which maintains 34. 6s and has an intermittence of 21.6 s, the match lasts two 45min and has an intermittence of 15min, and the intermittent aerobic exercise in the match lasts 48--65min. The load capacity of athletes in the high-speed movement period is 4. 32--5.85min, the load intensity of heart rate is greater than 175 times / min; the load capacity in the medium speed movement period is 4. 32--5. 85min, the load intensity of heart rate is equal to or greater than 165 times / rain and less than 175 times / rain; athletes at most match time maintain slow- speed movement, the load capacity is 39. 36--53. 3min and the load intensity is 157--175 times / min.
