麦西来甫-木卡姆练习对肥胖维吾尔族妇女BMI、WHR、NO含量和NOS活性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 探讨麦西来甫-木卡姆练习对肥胖维吾尔族妇女体指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、血压、NO含量、NOS活性的影响,并分析BMI、WHR变化与血压、NO含量和NOS活性之间的关系。将39名肥胖维吾尔族妇女(48.67±2.38)岁随机分成练习组(n=20)及对照组(n=19),练习组进行24周麦西来甫-木卡姆练习(每周4次,每次60~80min),对比实验前后组间、组内相关指标的变化。结果表明:试验后练习组WHR、BMI、收缩压、舒张压、脉压、诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)活性都有显著或极显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),NO含量和结构型一氧化氮合酶(cNOS)、总一氧化氮合酶(tNOS)活性显著或极显著升高(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,BMI与NO、tNOS、cNOS显著负相关,与收缩压、舒展压、脉压正相关,与iNOS不具有相关性;WHR与NO、tNOS、cNOS显著负相关,与收缩压、舒展压和iNOS显著正相关。结论:麦西来甫-木卡姆练习可以有效改善肥胖患者身体形态、降低血压、调节NOS的活性和NO含量,并且BMI、WHR与血压、NOS和NO之间具有一定的相关性,二者可以作为预测心血管疾病的风险因子。 This paper sets to research on the effect of Maxrap Muqam exercise on body mass index (BMI), waist hip ratio (WHR), blood pressure,NO content and NOS activity of obese Uigur women, as well as the relationship between BMI and WHR change and blood pressure, NO content and NOS activity. 39 obese Uighur women (48. 67±2. 38 years) are randomly divided into exercise group(n=20) and control group(n= 19), with the former group performing Maxrap Muqam exercises for 24 weeks (4 times a week, 60--80 rain each time), after which comparisons are made on inter-and inner-group changes of rela- tive index between before and after the experiment. The results show that BMI,WHR, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, pulse pressure, the activity of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) of the experiment group exhibit significant or extremely significant decrease (P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01) after experiment, while NO content, structure type of oxygen oxide synthase (cNOS) and the activity total nitric oxide synthase (TNOS) show significant or extremely significant increase (P〈0. 05). Pearson correlation analysis show that there is a significant negative correlation between BMI and NO, TNOS and cNOS, a significant positive correlation between BMI and systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and pulse pressure, and no correlation between BMI and iNOS,and that there is a significant negative correlation between WHR and NO, TNOS and cNOS, and a significant positive correlation between WHR and systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, pulse pressure and iNOS. This paper finally arrives at the conclusion that Maxrap Muqam exercises can effectively improve body shape, reduce blood pressure, and regulate NOS activity and NO content of obese patients, and that there are correlations between BMI, WHR and blood pressure, NOS, NO, which can be used as predictors of cardiovascular disease risk factor.
