单绒毛膜双胎患者行脐带电凝减胎术的护理

Nursing of patients with monochorionic twins undergoing selective feticide with bipolar electrocoagulation

目的总结对单绒毛膜双胎患者行脐带双极电凝减胎术的护理要点。方法对我院68例术前诊断为单绒毛膜双胎一胎异常患者进行脐带双极电凝减胎术，并做好术前、术中、术后的护理。结果68例中有58例手术成功；术后7d均无感染、胎膜早破等并发症出现。结论术前做好孕妇解释工作，减轻其心理压力；术中密切配合，监测脐带双极电凝减胎术胎儿及被保留胎儿胎心音情况；术后密切观察孕妇体温、宫缩、胎心率等情况，对提高手术成功率及保证术后胎儿的正常发育具有重要意义。

Objective To summarize the key nursing pointin patientwith monochorionitwinundergoing selective feticide with bipolaelectrocoagulation. MethodSelective feticide with bipolaelectrocoagulation were performed in 68 monochorionitwinwith one twin anomaly. And the perioperative care waperformed on the patients. ResultOperationwere accomplished successfully in 68 cases. No complications, such ainfections, premature rupture of membrane and so on, were found in all caseseven dayafteoperation. ConclusionThe nursing key pointinclude preoperative psychological nursing by interpretation of the operations, monitoring fetal hearsoundduring operations, and close observation of body temperature, uterine contractionand fetal hearrate in pregnanwomen afteoperations. Careful perioperative nursing ihelpful foimprovemenof operative succesand to ensure normal developmenof fetus.
