血液病患儿化疗性静脉炎的原因分新及护理

Cause analysis and nursing of chemotherapeutic phlebitis in hematonosis children

目的探讨血液病患儿化疗性静脉炎的预防措施以及相关护理措施。方法2010年1月至2012年1月本院儿科血液肿瘤病房共收治新发血液病患儿233例，其中有80例血液病患儿出现不同程度的化疗性静脉炎，阐述引起化疗性静脉炎相关的因素，并制定护理措施。结果经过实施有效的护理措施，80例血液病患儿的化疗性静脉炎均得到妥善处理。结论化疗时正确的选择血管穿刺部位、严格无菌操作及采取相关护理措施可有效的预防化疗性静脉炎的发生，也可以通过使用局部封闭、贴膜、烫伤膏以及中药的外敷来治疗化疗性静脉炎。

Objective To investigate the prevention and nursing measureof chemotherapeutiphlebitiin hematonosichildren. Method233 children with first-attack of hematonosiwere admitted to oudepartmenfrom January 2010 to January 2012, among whom 80 caseappeared differendegreeof chemotherapeutiphlebitis. The related factorof chemotherapeutiphlebitiwere explained and the nurs- ing measurewere established. ResultAfteeffective nursing measures, the chemotherapeutiphlebitiwere properly handled. ConclusionCorrecselection of vasculapuncture site, stricaseptioperation and implementation of relevannursing measurecan preventhe incidence of chemotherapeutiphlebitis, and local closure, using of patcheand external application of scald ointmencan be adopted to treachemotherapeutiphlebitis.
