以优质护理服务示范工程为契机探索责任包干制护理模式在儿外科病房的应用

目的探讨儿外科病房实施责任包干制护理模式的效果。方法以我院儿外科全体护理人员为研究对象，在转变护理理念，提高护士对“优质护理服务示范工程”活动的认识的基础上，实施了加强基础护理、建立能级护士管理构架、实行责任包干制等措施。比较实施前后患儿家长的满意度。结果实施责任包干制护理模式后患儿家长对护理服务的满意度显著提高。结论在儿外科病房实施责任包干制护理模式后，提高了患儿家长满意度，促进了医护关系和谐发展，增强了护理人员职业认同感，保证了护理质量的持续改进。

Objective To explore the application effecof implementing the accountability nursing mode in pediatrisurgical ward. MethodOn the basiof the transformation of nursing concepand the improving of understanding of ＂High Quality Nursing Service Demonstration Project＂ activities, strengthening basinursing, establishing two-level nurse managemenframework, implementing the accountability nursing mode. The satisfaction degree of children＇parentbefore and aftethe implementation wacompared. ResultThe satisfaction degree of children＇parentaftethe implementation of accountability nursing mode significantly improved. ConclusionAfteimplementing accountability nursing mode in pediatrisurgical ward, the satisfaction degree of children＇parentimproved, the harmonioudevelopmenof nursepatienrelationship wapromoted, the professional identity of nursing personnel waenhanced, and guaranteed the continuouimprovemenof quality of care.
