骨肉瘤肺转移靶向治疗标记物研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 肺转移是骨肉瘤患者预后不良的主要原因,靶向治疗是治疗骨肉瘤肺转移的发展方向之一。骨肉瘤肺转移进程包括对细胞外基质的入侵和迁移、逃避机体免疫监督、捕获和黏附靶器官及肿瘤新生血管形成等阶段,不同阶段相关基因的改变为骨肉瘤肺转移靶向治疗新方法研究提供了基础。该文就近年骨肉瘤肺转移不同阶段靶向治疗标记物研究进展作一综述。
