摘要
目的对退行性脊柱侧凸患者疼痛程度、行为功能等生活质量相关参数进行分析,为进一步明确退行性脊柱凸手术策略提供理论参考。方法回顾性研究2002年6月至2012年11月在我院行手术治疗的退行性脊柱侧凸患者173例,收集术前疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)和36项简易健康问卷(SF-36)评分,并与侧凸的Cobb角、腰椎前凸(LL)角、体重指数(BMI)及年龄等进行相关性分析。结果冠状面上的Cobb角与VAS、ODI和SF-36评分无相关性;矢状面上LL角与腰痛VAS(r=-0.609,P=0.009)、ODI(r=0.410,P=0.028)相关;年龄与ODI(r=-0.322,P=0.010)相关;BMI与SF-36评分(r=-0.306,P=0.011)、ODI(r=0.184,P=0.340)有关。结论冠状面平衡对大小退行性脊柱侧凸患者生活质量无显著影响,而矢状面平衡、年龄及BMI对患者生活质量有所影响。
Objective To perform a correlation analysis between degenerative scoliosis in aged people and health-related quality of life parameters, such as pain function, with the expectation of reference to surgery strategy for degenerative scoliosis. Methods From June 2002 to November 2012, 173 patients with degenerative scoliosis underwent surgery in our hospital were reviewed. The preoperative VAS score (visual analog pain scale assessment), ODI (Oswestry disability index) score and SF36 (standard version of the SF-36) were collected. Correlation analysis were performed between these scores and Cobb angle, lumbar lordosis (LL) angle, body mass index (BMI) and age. Results The Cobb angle do not correlated to low back pain or leg pain VAS, ODI, SF-36. The LL angle correlated with low back pain VAS score (r=-0. 609, P- 0. 009), ODI score (r= 0. 410, P = 0. 028). Age values correlated with ODI (r= 0. 322, P = 0.010). BMI values correlated with SF36 (r = -0. 376, P = 0. 011) and ODI (r = 0. 184, P - 0. 340). Conclusion The Cobb angles in coronal plane do not impact the quality of life, while the overall sagittal balance, age and BMI have an impact.
