The professional development is the core of the connotation construction for vocational colleges. Colleges should take into account of how to strengthen the construction of characteristic special- ty, enhance core competitiveness and personnel training quality. The quality of vocational education can be effectively improved if we make efforts in the construction of the concept, systems and resources in such aspects as the talent training mode, the training programs, the curriculum development, the teach- ing teams, the training base, the teaching quality assurance and monitoring.
