摘要
在澳大利亚职业教育与培训体系中,培训包实为整个国家职业教育的实施指南,针对培训包的研究有助于开拓高职课程改革的思路。在对培训包的能力标准、评估准则和职业资格三个要素及特色进行分析的基础上,笔者认为应该借鉴培训包在教学授课场所、教学方法、内容及课程考核方式等方面之特色,以践行高职课程改革。
in Australian vocational education and its training system, the training package is the guide of vocational education for the whole country. The study of the training package helps to open up mind in curriculum reform of vocational colleges. Based on analyzing the following three elements and the characteristics:ability standard of the training package, assessment criteria and occupation qualifica- tion of and characteristics, the author deems that vocational colleges should learn from the training package in teaching places, contents, methods, and examination forms in the practice of vocational cur- riculum reform.
