摘要
水利工程是抗御洪涝干旱灾害、改善生产生活条件的水资源优化配置工程。这些工程多建于河道、溪流和山涧的附近及灌溉受益区,具有工程点多、面广、分散的特点。每年汛期暴雨洪水常使工程遭受淹没、冲毁而损坏。本文从水毁现象中剖析原因,提出增强工程抵御自然灾害能力且适应自然环境的水毁修复措施建议,可供设计人员借鉴。
The water conservancy projects belongs to water resource optimal allocation projects for resisting flood and drought disasters, and improving production and living conditions. These projects are mostly built near rivers, streams and mountain streams as well as irrigation beneficial areas. They have the characteristics of multiple engineering points, wide range and dispersion. The projects are flooded, destroyed and damaged by storm and flood during annual flood season. The paper analyzes the causes of the water damage phenomena and proposes water damage repair measures and recommendations for enhancing the ability of the project to resist natural disasters and adapting to the natural environment. It can be learnt by designers.
