基于达芬奇平台研发NOR FLASH驱动程序

Developing the Driver of NOR FLASH Based on DAVINCI Platform

摘要 嵌入式系统通常使用flash芯片作为存储设备。针对nand flash读取速度慢等问题,以达芬奇平台和Am29LV256Mnor flash存储器为例,提出了一种nor flash设备驱动程序的设计与实现方案。首先,阐述了nor flash芯片与达芬奇处理器接口的硬件设计方案。然后,描述了nor flash驱动程序软件的设计与实现过程。本文中,nor flash驱动程序的设计与实现方案可为在其他嵌入式平台下开发nor flash驱动程序提供参考。 Flash chip is usually used as memory device in the embedded system.Aiming at the slow speed in which nand flash is read,taking DAVINCI platform and Am29LV256M nor flash as the example,this article put forward a kind of project of design and realization of nor flash driver.Firstly,the hardware design project of interface between the nor flash chip and the DAVINCI cpu was introduced.Then,the design and realization of nor flash driver were described.The project can provide reference for the driver development of nor flash in other platforms.
