造纸法再造烟叶抗张强度测定方法的研究 被引量:19

摘要 本文通过比对造纸法再造烟叶抗张强度的不同测试条件(夹距—拉伸速率),为探索一种适合造纸法再造烟叶抗张强度的测定方法。如果未切分样品,分别沿纸幅的纵、横方向分别制备及测定样品,即夹距100mm±1mm—拉伸速率50mm/min±0.5mm/min(参照纸和纸板的标准)。如果已分切样品,则设置4个处理,即"夹距20mm—拉伸速率50mm/min"、"夹距20mm—拉伸速率200mm/min""、夹距30mm—拉伸速率50mm/min""、夹距30mm—拉伸速率200mm/min"为测定条件,结果显示",夹距20mm—拉伸速率200mm/min"处理的抗张强度测定结果的RSD显著小于其它三个处理,说明"夹距20mm—拉伸速率200mm/min"处理的试验数据更稳定。该研究为造纸法再造烟叶抗张强度研究提供了可靠方法。 To explore a tensile strength determination method suitable for paper-process reconstituted tobacco,tensile strength of paper-process reconstituted tobacco was determined under different test conditions(clip distance-tensile rate).Non-slit samples should be prepared and determined respectively along vertical and horizontal of paper web according to determination method of tensile strength of paper.For slit samples,four treatments under different conditions such as "clip distance 20 mm-tensile rate 50 mm/min","clip distance 20 mm-tensile rate 200 mm/min","clip distance 30 mm-tensile rate 50 mm/min" and "clip distance 30 mm-tensile rate 200 mm/min" were designed to optimize determination condition.The results showed that the RSD of tensile strength determination result of treatment "clip distance 20 mm-tensile rate 200 mm/min" was significantly smaller than the other 3 treatments,suggesting that its determination result is more stable.This research provided a reliable tensile strength determination method for paper-process reconstituted tobacco.
