脂肪酸转运蛋白家族及其介导的脂肪酸跨膜转运 被引量:13

摘要 脂肪酸是动物必需的能源和结构物质,脂肪酸的吸收、转运和代谢对动物的健康具有重要影响。近年来的研究表明,一些蛋白介导了不同细胞对脂肪酸的吸收和排出。脂肪酸转运蛋白家族(FATPs)是一个膜蛋白家族,拥有6个家族成员,它们能够特异性调控脂肪酸在不同细胞的跨膜转运。本文对FATPs的家族成员、表达特点、功能调控及其参与的脂肪酸转运进行概述。 Fatty acids are a kind of energy and structural material for animals, therefore, absorption, transpor- tation and metabolism of fatty acids have important influences on the animal' s health, growth and production. In recent years, accumulated studies showed that some proteins mediated the process of fatty acid flux in/out many kinds of cells. The fatty acid transport protein family (FATPs) is a transmembrane protein family of six members. All of them could specifically regulate the transmembrane transportation of fatty acids in different cells. This paper reviewed the expression characteristics and functional regulation of FATPs members and thepotential model for transmembrane transportation of fatty acids.
