Effects of Early Weaning on Small Intestinal Alkaline Phosphatase Activity of Piglets

摘要 本试验旨在研究早期断奶对仔猪小肠碱性磷酸酯酶(AKP)活力的影响。选取10日龄、体重[(4.48±0.26)kg]相近的"杜×长×大"三元杂交仔猪40头(分别由40头母猪生产),随机分为2组,每组20个重复,每个重复1头仔猪,2组仔猪分别以随母猪哺乳和早期断奶方式饲养。试验期10 d。饲养结束后,屠宰取小肠,测定小肠AKP活力及含量。结果表明:早期断奶显著降低了仔猪各肠段及整个小肠AKP的亲和力、最大酶活力和消化能力(P<0.05),显著降低了空肠细胞内质和细胞顶膜AKP的亲和力和消化能力(P<0.05),显著降低了空肠细胞顶膜AKP的最大酶活力(P<0.05),同时显著降低了空肠组织匀浆、细胞内质和细胞顶膜中分子质量为60 ku的AKP的相对含量(P<0.05)。结果提示,早期断奶可降低小肠AKP活力、亲和力、消化能力及含量。 This study was conducted to examine the effects of early weaning on the activity of small intestinal alkaline phosphatase (AKP) in piglets. Forty 10-day-old ternary hybrid piglets ( Duroc x Landrace x Large White) with similar body weight were randomly divided into two groups with 20 replicates in each group and 1 piglet per replicate, and the piglets were delivered by 40 sows, respectively. Piglets in the two groups were fed under strategies of breast feeding and early weaning, respectively. At the end of the feeding trial, piglets were slaughtered for collecting the samples of small intestine, and the activity and content of small intestinal AKP were determined. Results showed that early weaning significantly decreased affinity, maximal enzyme activity and digestive capacity of AKP both in whole and segments of small intestine ( P 〈 0.05 ), significantly de- creased affinity and digestive capacity of jejunal intracellular and cell apical membrane-bound AKP (P 〈 0.05), significantly decreased maximal enzyme activity of jejunal cell apical membrane-bound AKP (P 〈 0.05 ), and significantly decreased the relative content of 60 ku AKP in jejunal tissue homogenate, intracellular fraction and cell apical membrane ( P 〈 0.05 ). In conclusion, activity, affinity, digestive capacity and contentof small intestinal AKP can be decreased by early weaning.
