体育公共服务是社会平等、互助、协调的体现,是和谐社会重要的组成部分。现阶段,我国体育公共服务还存在着法规制度不健全、落实不到位、公众需求与资源供给不相符、公众个体间所享受服务差异大、体育公共资源总量短缺、人均水平低、服务供给不可持续等问题。只有建立健全相关的法律制度、形成畅通的公众需求的表达机制、改善城乡二元服务结构、改革财政分配制度、扩大服务供给力度等完善的体育公共服务,才能让公众最大程度上享受改革开放成果。

Sports public service system is an important component of harmonious society, which in turn symbolizes the equality, help and harmony of harmonious society. At present, there are still some problems in sports public service system, such as the inadequate law and regulation, missing of implementation, the inconsistency of public needs and service supply, major differences in service between individuals, the shortage of public resources, low level of per capita and non - continuation of service supply. The public cannot enjoy the benefits of reform and opening up until a perfect sports public service system is established, which will be realized by a sound law and regulation sys- tem, a clear expression mechanism of demand, the change in the dual structure in urban and rural areas, reforming government fiscal distribution system and the extension of service supply. Conse- quently, the charm of socialist harmonious society will be showed.
