摘要 目的:分析和评估田径运动损伤的各种致伤因子,并建立运动损伤病因预警动态链模型,为运动员回避和降低损伤风险,保证正常训练和比赛提供参考。方法:通过文献资料、专家访谈和综合分析等方法分析和评估各种致伤风险因子。结果:田径损伤致伤因子可分为三类:内部致伤因子、外部致伤因子和刺激诱发因子。内部致伤因子增加损伤发生的倾向,在外部致伤因子的共同作用使运动员成为"易伤人群",而刺激诱发因子是导致损伤的必要条件。结论:结合两级预警机制建立了田径运动损伤病因预警动态链模型,为研发基于数据挖掘技术和移动计算技术的田径运动员伤病预警系统提供了相关的理论依据,并在山东省田径队伤病预警实践中取得了初步成效。 Objective:To analyze and evaluate the injury risks for track and field athletes and build an early warning dynamic model to avoid and reduce the risk of injury and help to guarantee the normal training and competition. Methods:With the method of literature, expert interview and comprehensive analysis to evaluate the injury risks. Results:The risks of athletic injuries can be divided into three categories: internal risk factors, external risk factors and inciting event. Internal risk factors can in- crease the tendency of injury, both internal and external risk factors render the athletes susceptible to injury, and the inciting event is the necessary condition cause to injury. Conclusion:A two -level early warning dynamic model was built to provide a theoretical basis for inventing data mining tech- nology and mobile computing technology for early warning system for athletes' injuries, and had a- chieved initial success in the team of track and field of Shandong province.
