摘要
针对中原油田明15块油井含水上升快、产量自然递减加速的问题,提出了空气泡沫/表面活性剂复合驱技术,在空气泡沫驱油的基础上.交替注入空气泡沫与表面活性剂,进一步提高原油采收率。通过室内物模实验,考察不同驱替倍数、段塞比、交替次数对提高采收率的影响,确定空气泡沫,表面活性剂复合驱的注入参数。实验表明,当驱替倍数为0.30PV、空气泡沫与表面活性剂段塞比为1:1、交替次数为0—5、小段塞交替注入时,空气泡沫与表面活性剂能够发挥较强的协同作用.采收率提高幅度最高可达22.59百分点。矿场试验表明,空气泡沫/表面活性剂复合驱能够大幅度提高明15块油藏原油采收率,并具有在同类油藏进一步推广应用的价值。
Aiming at the problems of sharp increasing of water cut and quick natural decrease of output in the oil wells of Block Ming 15 in Zhongyuan Oilfield, air-foam/surfactant combination flooding is put tbrward. Based on the air-foam flooding, oil recovery is fiirtller improved through the alternating injection of air-foam and surfactant. This paper analyzes the effect of different displacement times, slug ratios and ahenmting periods on enhanced oil recovery and the injection parameters of air-foam surfactaut combination flooding are determined through laboratoly physical sinmlation. The resuhs show that wizen the combination flooding muhiple is 0.30 PV, all-foam and surfactant slug ratio is 1 : 1, ahernating injection times is 0-5 and small slugs are alternately injected, air-foam and surfactant can play the most synergistic action. The highest vah, e of EOR can reach 22.59%. The field tests show that the air-foam/surfactant combination fooding can enhance the oil recovery greatly in Block Ming 15 and this technology can be applied to similar oil reservoirs.
