CESP水平井环空化学封堵工艺在渤海油田的应用 被引量:12

摘要 水平井悬挂筛管完井复杂结构井的定点封堵工艺一直是油田开发生产中的难点。文中评价了新型封堵材料CESP的触变性、凝胶可控性、热稳定性和强度等各项性能以及相匹配的施工工艺技术。针对渤海油田水平井油层根部气窜问题,利用CESP管外环空化学封堵技术,结合Y441封隔器在筛管内部的机械卡封,达到封堵目的层段、保留生产层段的目的,最终使得气量下降85%,油量从0 m3/d增至50 m3/d,施工效果明显。该技术在筛管水平井定点控气窜、控水方面具有较大的应用及推广价值。 Pinpoint plugging technology of complex structure, well for horizontal well with screen pipe completion has always heen tile difficuhy during oilfieht development and production. This paper evaluates the thixotropy, controllability, thermal stability and intensity of new plugging material CESP and matching techonologies. Aiming at the gas channeling prnhlem of horizontal well reservoir bottom in Bohai Oilfieht, plugging ofohjective interval and reservation of pay interval are realized through using CESP chemical plugging outside tuhe, combined with the mechanical block within screen pipe of packer Y441. At last, gas channeling wdume is decreased hy 85% and oil production rate is increased from 0 m^3/d to 50 m^3/d. Construction effecl is ohvious. The technology has a application value and popularization value in pinpoint gas channeling controlling and water controlling of horizontal well with screen pipe.
