摘要 随着冀东南堡滩海油田开发的不断深入,大斜度井不断增多,井斜角大于40°的注水井占50.5%。受井斜因素影响,偏心分注工艺投捞成功率低,测调效率低。为此,研制了同心可调配水器、三参测调仪、地面数据采集控制及处理系统。测调仪器一次下井可完成对多个层位的测试与调配,可地面在线直读相关参数,测调效率高。目前该技术已在该油田3口井上成功应用,试验井最大井斜53°,调配误差均小于5%。 With the increasing development of Nanpu offshore oilfield in Jidong, highly deviated wells showed a growing trend and the water injection wells, about which hole angle is greater than 40°, accounted for 50.5%. Due to the effect of well deviation, eccentric separate injection has the low success rate of running and pulling the downhole plug and the low efficiency of testing and matching. Therefore, concentric water segregator, three-parameters measuring instrument and the controlling and processing systems of surface data acquisition were developed. Because testing and regulating instrument can complete testing and allocating of nmhiple layers at one time and the relevant parameters can read online directly on the ground and it has a high efficiency of testing and regulating. The lechnulogy has been applied successfully in three wells of Nanpu Oilfield, in which the maximum well deviation angle is 53° and the allocating error is all less than 5%.
