淀粉接枝丙烯酰胺共聚物与聚合氯化铝复配处理高岭土废水

Treatment of Kaolin Wastewater With Starch-Graft-Acrylamide and Polyaluminum Chloride

摘要 采用淀粉接枝丙烯酰胺共聚物(St-g-PAM)与聚合氯化铝(PAC)复配处理模拟高岭土废水,考察了PAC用量、St-g-PAM用量、pH值与混凝温度对废水浊度去除率与絮体平均粒径的影响。通过正交实验获得了最佳工艺条件:PAC用量为25 mg/L、St-g-PAM用量为8 mg/L、pH值为6.5、混凝温度为25℃,在此条件下,高岭土废水的浊度去除率为98.89%,絮体平均粒径为1.211 mm。 Starch-acrylamide graft copolymer (St-g-PAM) and Polyaluminium Chloride (PAC) were used as the composite flocculants to treat the kaolin wastewater. Effects on the flocculating rate and floc size such as dosage of PAC, St-g-PAM, pH and reaction temperature were studied. The optimum conditions were determined by orthogonal experiment: PAC dosage was 25 mg/L, St-g-PAM dosage was 8 mg/L, pH was 6.5 and reaction temperature was 25℃. Under these conditions, the removal rate of turbidity was 98.89% and the average particle of floes was 1.211 mm.
