替吉奥胶囊联合奥沙利铂治疗老年晚期胃癌的近期疗效

Short term efficacy of S1 capsule combined with oxaliplatin for treating the elderly with advanced gastric cancer

目的观察替吉奥(S-1)胶囊联合奥沙利铂方案治疗老年晚期胃癌的近期疗效及安全性。方法 32例老年晚期胃癌患者,采用以下方案化疗:奥沙利铂100mg/m2第1天;替吉奥胶囊80mg/(m2.d),Po bid第1～14天,28天为1个周期,2周期后评价疗效。结果 32例均可耐受全程治疗,完全缓解(CR)2例,部分缓解(PR)16例,稳定(SD)9例,进展(PD)5例,有效率(CR+PR)为56.25%。中位疾病进展时间(TTP)为7.8个月,中位生存期(MST)为10.6个月。毒副反应主要为骨髓抑制、消化道反应、口腔黏膜炎、周围神经炎,多数为Ⅰ～Ⅱ级反应。结论替吉奥联合奥沙利铂方案治疗老年晚期胃癌的疗效显著,耐受性良好,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of S1 capsule combined with oxaliplatin in the treat- ment of the elderly with advanced gastric cancer. Methods A total of 32 cases of the elderly with advanced gastric cancer were treated by the following chemotherapy regimen： 100 mg/mz of oxaliplatin on day1,80 mg/m2 of $1 capsule for a day and Po hid from dayl to day14. The effect was evaluated after treating for 2 cycles, with 28 days in one cycle. Results All the patients could endure the whole treating course,of which 2 were in complete remission （CR）, 16 got partial remission （PR） ,9 with stable disease（SD） and 5 with progression disease（PD）. The overall response rate （CR ＋ PR） was 56.25 ~. The median time to progression （TTP）was 7.8 months, and the median survival time（MST）was 10.6 months. The major adverse reactions included bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal reaction,oral mucositis and peripheral neuritis. Most of these adverse reactions were 1~2 grade. Conclusion SI capsule combined with oxali- platin is effective and well tolerated for the elderly with advanced gastric cancer. It is worth clinical extensive applica- tion.
