依托于现场检验案例,结合现行的公约规范要求,对气胀式救生筏的随时可用性进行评估。结合案例重点分析自由漂浮装置数目、绑扎方法。阐述救生筏组配备单个自由漂浮装置的合理性与可行性;分析静水压力释放器不同绑扎方法的有效性,确立合理的绑扎方案,降低PSC风险,让航行更安全。

Base on several cases, the detail assessment of inflatable life-rafts ready availability was provided. In light of a number of typical cases, the float-free device number and banding methods were analyzed accordingly. Rationality and feasibility of a single life raft group with only one free-tloating device was explored. The effectiveness of the different banding methods of hydrostatic release unit wwa illustrated as well. A final reasonable banding solution was established to reduce the risk of PSC, followed with much safer ship navigation.
