摘要
以"太白山"轮NO1号辅机主轴承座为对象,分析倒挂式主轴承座孔中心线偏移的原因及修复工艺。通过对辅机轴承中心线的测量,确定主轴承座孔的中心线发生了偏移,进而确定瓦口铇削量,最终将座孔的中心线偏移量限制在标准所规定的范围之内。
Taking the main beating seat of No 1 donkey engine in Taibaishan as object of study, the causes and restoration technology of the centre line of main beating seat hole of under slung type offsets were analyzed. By measuring the centre line of main bearing seat hole, it was known that the centre line offsets occurred. The cutting quantity of tile edging was confirmed so as to confine the offset with specified range.
