Application of the Evaporative Fresh Water Generator in Diesel-electric Positioning Vessel

结合蒸发式造水机在柴电动力定位船上的使用,在现有的蒸发式造水系统上进行假象优化,增加一套带缓冲功能电加热器,给蒸发室安装真空破坏阀,用更为敏感的电子液位传感器对各泵的转速进行控制,以便使蒸发式造水机能够更好地适应此类船舶。

In light of application of the evaporative fresh water generator in the diesel-electric dynamic positioning vessels, some optimal designs was made in the existing evaporative water system, such as increasing a set of electric heater with zone buffer function, installing a vacuum breaker valve on the evaporation chamber, controlling the pumps＇speed with more sensitive electronic liquid level sensors and so on. The design is expected to make evaporative fresh water generator adapting to this kind of ship better.
