摘要
用有限元方法分析外输漂浮软管的帘线层及钢筋缠绕层对拉伸、弯曲等关键性能的影响,提出外输漂浮软管的合理设计结构,并将样品管试验数据与国际标准OCIMF进行对比。试验结果满足标准要求,验证了设计结构的合理性。
The finite element method was utilized to analyze influences of the cord layer and steel winding layer upon its tensile and bending performance. A reasonable design structure was put forward, and the sample tube test results were compared with the OCIMF standard. The test results conformed to the OCIMF standard, verifying the rationality of design structure.
