摘要
加强云南特有少数民族人力资源开发研究,可以有效发掘、提升特有少数民族的经验智慧,挖掘特有少数民族的多彩文化,培育特有少数民族的纯朴风情。然而,这一问题的开发研究,多年来一直存在"三多三少"的现象。加强云南特有少数民族人力资源开发研究可以从榜样引领,典型示范;案例分析,发现规律;扩大交流,潜移默化;政策引导,制度保证等方面入手。
Improving exploration on human resources of Yunnan under - populated minorities can be benefitsfor exploring and improve intelligence level of under - populated minorities, developing its colorful culture and cultivating its innocent moral. The research has been characterized with "Three Majority and Three Mi- nority". The human resources of Yunnan under - populated minorities could be improved by setting exam- pies, discovering codes , analyzing cases, communication and setting policy and institutions.
