乌市托幼机构保健医生继续教育调查分析

摘要 目的对鸟鲁木齐市托幼机构保健医生专业素质及接受继续医学教育的现状进行调查,探讨行之有效的继续教育内容与模式。方法采用自制调查问卷对所有参加托幼机构继续教育季度培训的保健医生进行现场问卷调查。结黪…乌鲁木齐市托幼机构保健医生的整体专业素质有待提高,其中54.7%由非医疗人员担任;80.0%的人员因自我提高参加了保健医生的季度培训,但仅有57.9%的人员认为培训对自己有帮助;半数以上的人员希望培训部门提供突发公共事件、儿童心理发展与心理行为问题等新的培训内容。结论监管部门应加大继续教育的培训力度,切实了解托幼机构的培训需求,采用分层次的方式进行多种形式的继续医学教育,提高保健医生的专业素质,促进托幼机构卫生保健工作良好发展。 Objective To explore effective contents and form of continuous medical education for health care providers in nurseries and kindergartens in Urumchi by investigating their professional quality and current status of accepting continuous medical education. Methods Self-designed questionnaires were used to make survey on spot among health care providers who were taking part in continuous education quarter training of nurseries and kindergartens. Results Overall professional quality of the health care providers of nurseries and kindergartens in Urumchi needed to be improved. Among the staff, 54.7% was non-medical personnel. Altogether 80% of the staff took part in the quarter training for self-improvement, but only 57.9% thought that training was helpful to them. More than half of staff hoped training departments to provide new training contents such as public emergency, children psychblogical development and mental behavior problems. Condusion Supervision department should intensify continuous education training, and understand the demands of nurseries and kindergartens practically. Hierarchical approach needs to be adopted to conduct continuous medical education, so as to improve professional quality and enhance health care development.
