摘要
目的探讨新生儿脐动脉血气与缺氧缺血性脑病的相关性。方法选取2010年2月至2012年2月在农垦三亚医院产科出生并有窒息情况的新生儿患者48例作为观察组,并选择同期出生的正常新生儿50例作为对照组,对两组新生儿进行脐动脉血气分析,并记录比较结果。结果观察组患儿的pH值、氧分压、碱剩余均明显低于对照组新生儿(t值分别为4.372、3.895、6.751,均P〈0.05),二氧化碳分压则显著高于对照组新生儿(t=-5.964,P〈0.05);轻度患儿与中重度患)L^-NpH值、氧分压、碱剩余的比较则差异无统计学意义(均P〉0.05)。结论脐动脉血气分析能有效准确地评估窒息患儿出生时缺氧缺血的程度。
Objective To investigate the correlation between umbilical arterial blood gas of newborns and hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods Totally 48 neonatal patients with asphyxia from February 2010 to February 2012 in obstetric department of Hainan Nongken Sanya Hospital were considered as observation group, and 50 normal newborns delivered at the same period were selected as control group. The umbilical arterial blood gas of two groups was analyzed and the results were recorded for comparison. Results The pH value, PO2 and BE value of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group ( t value was 4.372, 3. 895 and 6.751, respectively, all P 〈 0.05), while the PCO2 was significantly higher than that of control group ( t = - 5. 964, P 〈 0.05 ). There was no significant difference between children with mild HIE and those with moderate HIE in pH value, PO2 and BE ( all P 〉 O. 05 ). Conclusion The umbilical arterial blood ~as analysis can effectively and accurately assess the degree of hypoxic-ischemic birth asphyxia.
