摘要 为了提高汽车保险杠冲孔机床自动化水平和人机交互性能,在分析汽车保险杠冲孔机床控制流程的基础上,设计了汽车保险杠冲孔机床控制系统总体结构;基于PLC,设计了汽车保险杠冲孔机床控制系统软硬件;基于FameView,开发了汽车保险杠冲孔机床控制系统人机交互界面,实现了汽车保险杠冲孔机床的不同操作模式、运行参数实时监测和工作结果进行实时记录等功能. In order to improve the car bumper punching machine automation and man-machine interactive performance, based on the analysis of the car bumper punching machine control flow, the overall structure of the car bumper punching machine control system was designed. Based on PLC, the car insurance bar punching machine control system hardware and software were also designed. Finally, FameView-based in- teractive interface of the car bumper punching machine control system was developed. The design achieved the functions of different operation modes of the car bumper punching machine for real-time recording, re- al-time monitoring of the operating parameters and the results.
