摘要
通过对某热轧厂F1轧机减速箱和F6精轧机组人字齿轮座典型位置振动信号的实测和频谱分析,发现F1减速机本身及人字齿轮座均无明显故障,但钢坯咬入时轧机机组受到巨大冲击;F6轧机在咬钢和抛钢瞬间存在强大冲击振动,F6齿轮座振动过大的原因是由接轴不平衡而并非齿轮出现调节误差所造成的.建议通过调整F1轧机机前辊道输送速度以降低钢坯咬入时对轧机的冲击,并做现场动平衡试验调节节轴平衡,以减小轧机机组在咬钢与抛钢时产生的冲击振动.
