摘要 提出用弹簧模型模拟静压导轨可动结合部,并通过理论分析计算,得出弹簧的刚度.建立了某工作台有限元模型,用弹簧单元代替静压导轨结合部进行有限元分析,得到其固有频率及振型.并通过模态实验,对所建立的模型进行了验证. The dynamic performance of structure is related to the joint. Nowadays, the research of joint is concrete on the fixed joint. In terms of the moving joint, researchers choose the rolling guide as the objec- tive. Hydraulic slideways have been widely used in machine tools. The paper aims to simulate the hydraulic slideway by spring, by which stiffness is calculated by hydromeehanics theory.And the dynamic perform- ance is analyzed by finite element method. Modal testing is performed to validated the accuracy.
