烟气洗涤塔的结构设计与选材

This paper briefly introduces the EDV wet scrubbing technology in RFCCU.Flue gas scrubber is the key equipment in EDV wet scrubbing system.The scrubber is composed of several parts including quench section,absorbing section,filtering modules,droplet separators,stack and so on.The paper expounds and analyzes the structure design,material selection and manufacture of different parts in flue gas scrubber in detail.It points out that not only the safety reliability of the equipment,but also economic rationality should be considered in the design process.
