摘要
介绍了国内石化装置钢结构承重框架中普遍应用的刚性固定柱脚与铰接柱脚,叙述了工程中最为常见的外露式单向刚接柱脚的布置形式及其受力特性。针对柱脚同时出现弯矩和上拔力的特殊工况,在一定假设条件的基础上,推导外露式单向刚接柱脚中锚栓受拔力的计算公式,并依据公式给出满足工程精度需要且易于查阅的图表,以供工程设计人员参考使用。以实际设计工程为算例,说明了外露式单向刚接柱脚中锚栓受拔力图表的使用方法及计算过程。
Steel column bases with different conformations including rigid connections and hinged connections are introduced in this paper and one of the most commonly used one-way rigid column base in petro-chemical plant design is focused on.Based on its formation and load cases,the calculation formula of exposed anchor bolts for this kind of steel column base subject to uplift force is derived with some reasonable assumptions.At the same time,convenient figures with acceptable precision are made as reference for structure designing engineers.Moreover,a calculating example from practical project is given at the end of the paper,in which the process of using referential figures to make calculation is detailed.
