在实际项目管理中,尤其是在EPC项目管理中使用成熟的软件系统作为辅助工具已被当今几乎所有的项目管理人员所认同。如何将不同系统的数据进行共享,使系统之间可以达到协同工作的目的是有效提高项目管理水平的重要方法。以计划进度软件为主线,通过一定的定制与开发,将项目各个阶段(主要涉及设计与采购阶段)用到的其他信息系统进行协同,使不同系统的数据得以共享和集中体现,从而大大提高项目的管理与控制水平。

We all agree that it is a very helpful and smart way to use a mature software as an assistant tool to help the project management in real situation,especially in EPC project.The most efficient way to improve project management level with the help of software is to share the data among different softwarwe systems and let them work in coordination.Based on the schedule and progress software,during all phases of EPC project(engineering and procurement phases are focused in this article),by developing and customizing,we found a way to use schedule software in coordination with other systems,so that different software systems can share some common data and report can be generated centrally instead of separately,thus greatly improving project management and control level.
