摘要
针对目前炼厂常减压装置塔顶系统的腐蚀问题,阐述了常减压蒸馏装置管线低温部位的腐蚀环境和腐蚀机理,经过腐蚀调查并分析腐蚀原因后,提出了合理的腐蚀防护措施:加强对缓蚀剂和中和剂质量控制,工艺上随时检测pH值,使其在规定的范围内,均衡管线承压。
To solve the corrosion problem in overhead system of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,this article discusses the corrosion environment and corrosion mechanism of low-temperature pipelines in atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.Based on corrosion investigation and cause analysis,appropriate anticorrosion measures are presented including strengthening the quality control of corrosion inhibitor and neutralizer,strengthening pH adjustment and balancing pipeline pressure.
