摘要
本文介绍了粘胶长丝烘干机R611A型设计思路以及提高烘干效果的方法。对于逆流式隧道烘干机的设计改进一般是增加设备长度,从而能提高设备的生产能力,本文着重在增加烘房结构设计改进的同时,对烘干车的结构进行优化,增加每车的最大装车量,经过这样的设计修改,使单台设备生产能力提高到原设计的120%,降低投资的同时可以节约蒸汽的消耗。
This thesis refers to the viscose filament drying equipment type R611A, which design ideas and methods to improve the drying effect. The equipment of counter-flow tunnel dryer is generally increasing the length of the device, which can improve the production capacity of the equipment. This thesis focuses on design to increase drying building structure is added at the same time, the drying vehicle structure optimization, increasing the maximum loading of each vehicle, after the design of the changes, 120% single equipment production capacity can be increased to the original design, and lower investment can save steam consumption.
