多杀菌素发酵工艺参数的研究

摘要 目的研究放线菌刺糖多胞菌的发酵工艺参数,对代谢过程实施调节和控制,以保证多杀菌素的稳定生产。方法通过对摇瓶实验优选发酵培养基配比投料,进行多杀菌素发酵过程工艺参数分析,并将参数分三类:物理参数、化学参数、生物参数,并通过在线与离线取样分析。结果通过发酵过程参数的分析,得出利于调节和控制多杀菌素发酵参数,使产物高效表达。结论选定多杀菌素参数可稳定发酵工艺和监控发酵过程是切实可行。 Objective Spinosad fermentation parameters for production process control is critical, it shows many thorns in the fermentation of sugar panici major metabolic changes, monitor parameters rel ated to analysis of change as well as on the metabolic process adjustment and control, high expression of end products. Method By shaking flask fermentation medium optimization ratio of feeding, analysis of spinosad fermentation process parameters and parameters were to be split into three categories: physical parameters, chemical parameters, biological parameters, and through on-line and off-line sampling and analysis. Result Through the analysis of fermentation parameters, that facilitate the adjustment and control of spinosad fermentation parameters to enable effective expression. Conclusion Spinosad parameter was selected to provide stable fermentation process and monitor the fermentation process is feasible.
