单硝酸异山梨酯联合灯盏花素治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Isosorbide Mononitrate Combined with Breviscapine to Treat Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的探讨单硝酸异山梨酯联合灯盏花素治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效及安全性,促进患者康复。方法收集不稳定性心绞痛患者60例,采用随机数字的方法分为观察组和对照组各30例,两组患者均给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础加用单硝酸异山梨酯和灯盏花素,6周后比较二者的临床疗效。结果疗程结束后,观察组患者心绞痛缓解总有效率90.00%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异存在显著性(P<0.05);观察组患者心电图改善总有效率86.67%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。均未发现严重药物不良反应。结论单硝酸异山梨酯联合灯盏花素治疗不稳定性心绞痛可以有效改善患者临床症状,疗效显著,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect and security of isosorbide mononitrate combined with breviscapine to treat unstable angina pectoris and promote the patient＇s rehabilitation. Methods Sixty unstable angina pectoris patients were collected, and randomly divided into observation group and control group averagely. All patients in the two groups were given conventional treatment, patients of the observation group were added another treatment with isosorbide mononitrate and breviscapine, compared the clinical curative effect after treatment for six weeks. Results After the treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group is 90.00%, higher than that of the control group which is 70.00%, which suggested statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; The total effective rate of patients＇ electrocardiogram improvement in observation group is 86.67%, higher than that of the control group which is 70.00%, which suggested statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; All patients didn＇t display serious adverse drug reactions. Conclusion Isosorbide mononitrate combined with breviscapine to treat unstable angina pectoris can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, the curative effect is distinct, it is worth clinical application for its high safety.
