本文分析了国内外综合性大学医学教育管理体制的特点，依据社会医学和卫生管理学的基本理论，通过分析、比较、归纳和综合国内外医学教育相关文献，结合佳木斯大学实际，提出了综合性大学医学教育发展与管理体制改革的思路和建议。

To analyze the characteristics of management system reform of medical education in comprehensive university at home and abroad. Finding out the common rules in development, exploring the management model of medical education in comprehensive University which was according with the national conditions of our country and school. All of the above was a pressing matter of the moment for improving the quality of medical education and promoting the reform of medical education in comprehensive university. Based on the theories of social medicine and health management, through analysis, comparison, induction and synthesis of medical education literature according to the actual situation of Jiamusi University, The author puts forward the ideas and proposals about the development of medical education and reform of man- agement system for comprehensive university.
